Chronic Symptoms

For over 8 months I have had a sore urethra and sore penis tip that is uncomfortable when touched by clothing. The pain has been continuous, but some days is better than others. After sex the pain will be worse for about 12 hours. For the past 6 months I have had a sore tailbone. Doctors have essentially given up on me as there is no infection, no issues with my prostate and all STD results have been negative. I have not had any blood tests for herpes. I have recently been treated for pudendal nerve entrapment which does seem to match my symptoms, but that is not improving things either. There has never been any blisters or sores of any description. I have no reason to think of herpes other than i cant think of anything else that could cause this. What do you think?

Atypical for many conditions I would suggest. The prostate and pelvic nerve issues seem much more likely. Obtain the tests for HSV and see where you stand.

Thanks Fleetwood20 . I have heard about a-typical symptoms of herpes, could mine be considered as atypical?

Well herpes doesn't really cause this either so I wouldn't feel its a high chance. A blood test will at least tell you what strains you have, even then it would not be appropriate to conclude that herpes is causing these symptoms.
