Concerned about HSV1 / HSV2

My wife got a yellow discharge just 2 days after we had intercourse. This was 3 weeks ago.
Now she realized her vagina and anus area is red and irritated, burning and itching ...
We are concerned.
I doubt about myself maybe I have HSV1 or HSV2 although my IgG test is negative.
She did test for yeast infection, vaginosis,  trichomoniasis, chlamydia, gonorrhea all came negative.
We are concerned

I would doubt this is herpes with no sores or blisters. She could have an allergic reaction to something, or maybe she has a bacterial infection that they haven't tested for yet. Have they just cultured it and sent it for testing?

Have they tested her for herpes? I'd be really surprised if that's it, but at least they could rule it out.

Thank you for the feedback
Actually she hasn't been tested for herpes yet and culture test was done for yeast infection  but not herpes.
The discharge was awful during the first week (yellow with little smell) and still continuing but less than before.
Will it stop by itself?
It isn't possible to determine what is going to happen since the cause of the problem hasn't been identified.
