Possiblity of herpes or other STI

I have had casual fun 4.5 months back with a middle aged man. All we did was close-mouth kissing, He gave me handjob for few seconds and me too (no climax). There was a skin-skin contact and he was over me for few seconds..I am mostly 85% sure there was no genital rubbing.

Few days ago I observed some 3-4 pimples on one thigh. They are not itchy (not sure there was itching before) and painful, but they have black head and they does not look like having pus...Is it a herpes blister?

Also from few days, sometimes I am feeling some cold sensation on my penis..

Please help..

Nothing you have done puts you at risk for herpes. Herpes sores do not look like black heads. Herpes (or any other STD) doesn't produce a cold sensation.

If you are going to be sexually active with this man (or anyone), have you talked about STDs, protection and testing? That would be an excellent way to ease your mind.
