Concern about transmission of HSV 1 and 2 to my partner

Hello I am a 39 years old female that has been diagnosed with HSV1 and 2 for about 10 years now. I was married for 7 years and never used protection with my husband neither I took any antivirals and he didnt got the virus transmitted. I recently started a new relationship and we were intimate 3 days ago we did use protection but the condom broke and we finish genital sex without it, I also performed unprotected oral sex on him. At the time of intimacy i had no active blisters genital or in my mouth. Actually i was diagnosed with HSV 1 but never had an outbreak in mouth that i can recall.
My questions are as follow:
1. What are the odds he can get infected with HSV1 due to oral sex or 2 from the genitals?
2. How many days should he wait to say he didnt got infected. (Today is day 3 counting the day of intimacy).
3. Is it true the longer you have the virus the less chances are to transmitted?
Need help ASAP please.

That would be correct, and a good sign.

Less than one percent chance for HSV2 from a one time exposure, But still a chance. He may never get it from you. With obvious lesions the numbers jump to around 40 percent per exposure. 1 in a thousand is pretty low odds but he could at some point could be that 1 out of the thousand. It doesn't mean that you must have sex 1000 times obviously.

Hsv1 transmission to penis from oral sex does happen but absent an outbreak hsv1 sheds less often I personally wouldn't be concerned, and would just not have oral sex if you have a lesion or start the classic tingle.

Ok i understand thanks so much for the advice is much appreciated you guys are lifesavers. Thanks again!
Hi one more question in regards the days of exposure, today is day 4 do I count the day of intercourse or counting starts 24 hours after exposure. Im a bit confused in the counting process. We were intimate on Monday morning so today is Thursday so I am considering today to be the day 4th after exposure right? And by the way i know it still early but so far no symptoms.

Thanks for replying I really appreciated. So Ok, let me see if I understand what you said, so my partner should be exposed at least a 1,000 times before he can infected and thats unprotected! And protecting himself chances are much lower to a 2,500 times? How about oral sex and transmission to the genitals? I was diagnosed to hsv1 but never remember getting any outbreaks in my mouth. How high is the risk as far as oral sex. And you mention his chances are very low since it was only 1 exposure low as far as percentage? Can you be a bit more specific please.

In general his chances are pretty low to a one time exposure.

1) a study was done where only one was infected with HSV 2. After one year 10 percent of the partners were infected. 70 percent of them were infected while the partner had no visible outbreak. Shedding occurrs with no symptoms. One of the leading STD doctors in the nation that used to post here would put odds of HSV 2 infection 1in 1000 exposures. One in 2500 protected exposures

2) 2 days to 15 is the typical days lesions/sores  will show from exposure. 4 days is the average

3) over time you have less outbreaks and less shedding yes. So this would be true. Antiviral meds have been known to decrease transmission rates by 50 percent on average also.
