Could this be an initial outbreak?

I had sex for only about 20 secs and about 2 1/2 moths later I started to have an itchy vagina. It's been itching for 4 months now. No sores or blisters. I also gave him oral and I haven't had any symptoms in my mouth or around. Sometimes it hurts to have sex but I think that could be because I har sex everyday sometimes up to 2-3 times. I'm only in high school so I feel like an std would be very low chance. I don't sleep around. I've been with my bf who we were both virgins and then we broke up and I had sex with another guy who claimed he had only been with one other girl. Im now back with my boyfriend and so far he hasn't had any blisters or anything I have seen.

Could itching be the only symptom of an initial outbreak an would it last that long? I know for a fact it's not a yeast infection
