Could this be hsv2?

On my birthday (7/14/17)I went out with an old flame,  we got some drinks and then had sex. She performed oral first before we had penetrative sex.  12 days later on the 27th, I get a single swell underneath my jaw that lasted over a day and went away. On the first of August (nearly 3 weeks later) I get a highly mild fever and headache. It goes away by the end of the day after I drank plenty of water. Then I get some weird lesions on the shaft of my penis and I'm wondering if this sounds like an Hsv2 infection?

Hsv lesions are more like fluid dilled blisters. Not puss filled.

They began as a white pus then became yellow in nature, the lesions were easy to bust and did so when gently pressed on or in the shower if that matters

Not at all. Nothing you describe is hsv related

Even if the lesions were pus filled and healed? It took 8 days to heal.  They did hurt a little bit.
