Did I just indirectly spread my cold sores to my friend?

Okay so it is doubtful that I have a cold sore but ya know, err on the safe side.

So i have this pimple like bump on my tongue that is painful I have no idea what it is but I haven't been brushing my teeth well so that likely could be it. So basically I had this cup of iced coffee and my friend wanted a sip, thing is I drink with my tongue right against the straw so the bump was right against it and I took a sip a few seconds (doubt that it was 10+) before her. If it is a cold sore could this have spread it to her? and I had a cold sore like last week and have what could be a cold sore on the middle of the border between my lip and skin that is just a little on my lip that seems to be around the healing stage or something close to it. so could that have spread it?

Even if these were cold sores the odds of spreading it this way is incredibly small. So small it doesn't warrant much concern.

I should say this. The cold sore looking thing on my lip border both looks like a cold sore and not. It looks like its in the healing stage but it also doesn't I hope this helps
