Do I have genital herpes?

I ha unprotected sex on Saturday morning and by Saturday afternoon I had tingling sensation on penis head and slight red bumps dotted around but by the next morning these had substantially subsided. I still have slight tingling sensation today, Monday  but am unsure whether this is psychological worry. I have had coldsores all my life but now I don't know what to do with regards to me thinking I have genital herpes too! How can I tell for sure if this is the case?

No blister means tingling is some other nerve issue, maybe an injury from the act itself.

Okay so unless blisters appear this is not indicative of herpes? If this is the case what could the tingling be attributed to?

Hi, tingling is called Prodrome and is a sign of a pending outbreak for those that already have herpes in the genital area. And with this, if no sores develop in a day or 2 it would not be herpes related.
New infections of herpes do not show symptoms the same day or even the next day and if you already have hsv oral, contracting it in the genital area would be low risk.
