Do I have herpes ? (please help)

First thing I'll say is im usually extremely safe and always use protection when i have sex.. But 5 days ago I notice a blister on my penis when I was materbating just under my head on the shaft where the skin stretched..  I do jerk off almost everyday and I don't use lotion ever. This blister doesn't hurt or doesn't look like anything I've seen online for herpes outbreaks and my skin wasn't itchy or tingly and this blister is painless not tender to touch or anything but it looks like a small pimple that's popped so my questions are

1. Are herpes blisters always painful ?
2. Could I get a blister from not using lube while masterbating ?
3. And could they just come in the form of one blister without the rash ?

here are pictures of it

Did you get a chance to look at the picture though because I showed someone who has herpes and they said it looks like that when it's healing and I'm worried because I did have unprotected sex with my girlfriend ?

the skin on our genital area is fairly delicate. Certainly masturbation without a good lube can cause issues. Be kind to the lil guy and buy yourself a good lube to use when masturbating!!!

herpes lesions are typically sore to the touch. No real reason to think this is herpes from your description of symptoms.
