Still experiencing symptoms and concerned

Hi,

I have had intermittent low back pain for several weeks now, sometimes worse than others and occasional leg pains.  My anus is particularly itchy as well., but I cannot seem to notice any obvious lesions, only a bit of redness and irritation. I have been very concerned about herpes since my most recent encounter, and experienced what appeared to be a fungal infection on my penis shortly after the encounter.  Does the anal discomfort and low back pain sound indicative of a herpes infection? Thank you

I have an igg blood test scheduled next week. I took an IGM test 2.5 weeks after exposure which produced a negative result.

Its not herpes but if your still concerned then have a blood test.

Perhaps, but what concerns me is that I remember having aches in my right leg and lower back before the onset of what seemed like that fungal infection. I've been told several times that I don't have herpes but this lower back pain really scares me.. Plus the itchy anus.

What your describing is more from a back injury not from the recent encounter

Is back pain that comes and goes something typically experienced by those with hsv2? I never had any sort of issues like this until after the sexual encounter I described. It's so bad sometimes that I can't even drive long distances without experiencing discomfort. I'm 23 btw

Hi, no its does not. Any symptoms would be at point of contact like your penis area or pubic mond area.
