Need quick help.

I had a risky exposure. It was condom protected and just for one minute. Both protected oral and protected vaginal. After 45 days I feel a burning sensation in my penis , thights and buttock areas. Also I had a redness in my penis head and it disappeared by one hour. This thing happened 3 times. I tested negative for both hsv 1& 2 at  2 month , 3 month, 4 month, 6 month and 12 month time periods. All are igg tests from different hospitals. Still I have that burning sensation do you think I can be confident on  that I don't have hsv 1 or 2? If it is not hsv related then what can it be?

Igg for hsv2 is very accurate. False positives are the issue not false negatives. We have gone over the hsv1 testing.
There are a select few who don't develop antibodies. It happens bit it's uncommon.

No. 99% of the guys who complain of these types of symptoms never test positive for any std.

One Doctor said that igg is very inaccurate & some people won't seroconvert. Is this true?

Hsv1 igg can miss 1 out of 10 infections. Some folks never test positive by blood that have hsv1.
This isn't the norm by any stretch but it has happened

Hard to say what it is. You need to keep following up with your physician.
What is clear is this is not hsv. Your exposure wasn't risky at all. Condom protected oral and Intercourse is safe sex. Not 100% risk free but a single exposure like yours is as close as it gets.
Your symptoms do not suggest hsv and your negative tests prove that. You can be confident you do not have hsv.

According to my readings hsv 1 can be missed by igg. But is it possible to miss several tests taken by different hospitals.
