Male urethra herpes

I had a one night stand with unprotected also sex had oral sex with her and tried to have intercourse also but could not stay erected so I rubbed my penis on her clitoris and left. Two days later had burning sensation in my urethra so got tested was positive for oral herpes also had cold sores in mouth. So went to hospital for bad burning urethra and doctor gave me a injection of rocephin and antibiotic for trichomoniasis . So went back yo doctor and took 100mg odayla doxycycline. Still have burning or pain in the urethra did change diet and lost 23 pounds in one month. I have a feeling I have herpes in the urethra. Question when will it calm down with herbs and good diet. I do have a doctor appointment with doctor on Monday 7-30-13

I am thankful for all your advice. I keep having people tell me that this is not herpes and i already got all the shots and antibiotics from the hospital for other stds. Thanks again sstony.

Hi and welcome. If in fact you have genital herpes diet and herbs are good but only herpes medication to prevent and lesson outbreaks will be effictive in the long run. If you have a herpes sore inside your urethra, like any sore, takes a few days to heal but urine contains toxins that can inflame and irritate the sore preventing it from healing in a normal time frame. Thats if you in fact has a herpes sore there.
