Does this sound like symptoms of a primary herpes outbreak?
I don't know if I'm having a primary outbreak. I've been tested for hsv1 and 2 IgG and the test was negative. Then I stupidly had a risky sexual encounter. So I know I was negative before all these symptoms strated.
I developed a rash sore on the outside of my foreskin. It is right at the tip when helmet is on. It was somewhat itchy but no fluids or scabs then it went away in two weeks. I did put a steriod cream on it. I also felt sick during this time on and off. I went to a a doctor and he said it is to late to swab. So I don't have a clue what it was. Now fast forward 3 more weeks I'm having lots of pain in my lower back day and night. It's been going on 3 days now. Right at the base of my spine and around top of bum cheeks. However no sores have showed up, I've been carefully inspecting ever nook. The rash has kinda come back in the same spot but no itch them or dissapeared again. My throat and neck are also stiff and feel swollen. Would herpes be up there too? Would my back hurt after a sore had come and healed? Should I be expecting a full on outbreak? Does this even sound like herpes?
I'll mention my sexual encounter, I left to the end because everyone seems to say herpes cannot pass by mutual masturbation. That is what I did mutual masturbation lots of back and forth my hands on hers, hers on hers, hers on mine. No clue whatsoever of her status. She couldve had sores I have no clue it was a major blur.

Many things can cause a dull pain in any muscle group.
You had a no risk encounter. Zero. Your neck and throat symptoms are not a symptom. You reading the hsv symptoms list isn't helping your anxiety. The problem with hsv symptoms lists is most folks reading it do not understand the context of which the symptoms fall under.

I still don't see how you can say I have no symptoms. I've mentioned many. Right now my lower back feels hot to the touch. Like herpes is alive in there. And it's aching so much I cannot sleep. Still not herpes? I have no other explainable theory. This had all states after chance encounter. Am I going nuts

Once again thank u very much. I'm just still concerned about this dull back pain at the base of my back. It's just a dull pain that stays constant. Some people say that's a symprom of herpes. Why do yout think not? Should I be having an outbreak if it is?
I'm betting it's more due to stress than anything. I have personally experienced this.

Just to be sure. The back pain I've been experiencing. Right above my are. Its not the virus going into my spine?
The virus won't live on the surface long at all.
Your Dr works for you so if you tell them to swab, then they should swab it for you. If nothing else for your peace of mind. They do not want to because they believe (like me) this is not hsv related.
I won't say anything is impossible but knowing what I know and dealing with many folks on this forum (is think I have over 2200 posts) you would be the first person I know own of who ever contracted hsv from mutual masterbation. Combine that with your lack of actual hsv symptoms, I think I can say with confidence this is not hsv.

Ok thank u for your adice. I will update you when I have done tests results. But now I can sleep a little easier.
Everything you describe tells me this is not hsv. You are correct that handjobs to genitals is not a realistic way to get hsv or any other std. By not realistic I mean not a risk.
Your rash coming on within 24 hrs or so is to soon for hsv. Again nothing you describe says hsv. You can have the area swabbed and pcr tested. These tests are very sensitive and don't need sores to be present. I look forward to hearing the negative result

So this order of symptoms, is it at all possible. Would back pain show up after a sore?
The problem is no doctor wants to swab my penis. I think I have to wait 12 weeks and get a blood test to be 100%.
Because if I was only exposed to some herpes virus could I have had it on my penis then gone home and rubbed it in from wanking it too much without showering? Would it have survived because I walked home after the incident.

I saw the doctor the day rash/sore whatever it was appeared. Which was exactly 1 night after incident. Would that be considered 2 days? The doctor was 100 percent no. He just said he couldn't swab it that day. Then I went to Differnt doctor 4 days later who wouldn't swab it. So I'm confused
