Does this sound like Herpes?

I've been freaking out for over a month now after a stupid, drunken one night stand. I had unprotected sex (oral and vaginal intercourse) with a woman I barely knew on the 12th of August. The next day I noticed burning with urination and an ache in the tip of my penis below my head on the left side. Made an appointment with my doctor 3 days later and through urinalysis he found that I had a UTI. I told him about the encounter and my concerns about a possible STI and prescribed doxycycline twice a day for 2 weeks. I went back in for a follow up and my urine was clean but the pain and the burning (although lessened) urination remained.I also had more dribbling at the end of urinating than usual. He decided to run a blood test but didn't test for herpes since I had no sores/marks at all. All of the tests for HIV, gonorrhea, syphilis, chlamydia came back negative. My blood showed no antibodies and no growth in urine. My psa was normal (.6) as well so he thought that would rule out prostatitis. The pain still comes and goes and sometimes I get aches in my testicles as well. The burning during urination is slight, but when I ejaculate I am overly sensitive and it's pretty painful/intense. I've noticed that my ejaculate is thicker than usual as well. I guess my question is does this sound like herpes symptoms? Does outbreak pain last for almost 6 weeks with no lesions/sores and start almost immediately? Could it be prostatitis with normal psa and no infections found in my blood?  I've been stressing since this huge mistake and would appreciate any feedback. Thanks.

Absolutely not herpes related. In fact it no std acts this way. I would see a urologist.

Thank you for the answer. I didn't think the burning and the aches would last this long if it were from herpes. In 6 weeks the symptoms would've subsided right? I've just been having anxiety ever since it started. The not knowing why it's going on is the worst part.
