EBV question

Hi All,
I been feeling sick for the past six months, fatigue, rash, headache pain in lymph groin armpits and recently discomfort on my tongue/whole moth and sore throat
About a month ago I got tested for EBV and the doctor said sometime probably  over two month ago, I was exposed to EBV infection.
My question is, do symptoms of EBV last for six months or more, the pain in the lymph groin, armpits the sore throat, rash and the fatigue are getting worse.
Please answer me if you can as I’m worried about other diseases as well.

By the time we hit our 40's, about 90% of us have ebv. It's very common.  It can be passed on to both males and females. It's not a std.

Have you followed up on your genital issues with your gyn?

I HAVE EBV I FOUND OUT LAST YEAR AND MANY TIMES THROUGHOUT MY DAYS I FEEL UNCOMFORTABLE WITHIN MY OWN BODY LIKE SUDDEN VAGINAL DISCOMFORT HIGH SENSITIVITY WITH MY CLITORIS DURING SEXUAL PLEASURES I AM A BISEXUAL WOMEN WE HAS BEEN IN A LONG TERM RELATIONSHIP WITH A WOMEN N RECENTLEY WE HAVE TRIED HAVING A 3 SOME AND I WANTD TO KNOW ABOUT ORAL SEX AND HOW DO I KNOW IF BY ALREDY KISSING SOMONE IF I GAVE THEM EBV OR NOT ? I CONSTANTLY HAVE WHITE SPOTS ON MY THROTE BUT THE SPECIALISTS SAYS ITS STREP BECUZ I NEED TO TAKE MY TONSILS OUT BUT I AM A SINGER AND I FEEL AS THOUGH I CANT DUE TO MY CAREER .. WELL I NEED A SECOND OPINION I DONT KNOW IF I PASSED IT ON TO MY GIRLFRIEND ALREADY AND IF I CAN ONLY PASS IT TO MALES ? AND CAN I HAVE UNPROTECTED ORAL SEX WITH A MAN WHOM IS FOR SURE CLEAR IF ANY DESIEASE! PLEASE HELP WB WITH ADVISE POINTERS ANYTHING THANK YOU ,,FLOW

I think it's way more than that from the sounds of things :(  We all burn the proverbial candle at both ends now and then buty ou sound far more run down than that.  Hope you get answers and are feeling better soon :)

I have not been getting enough rest was with very stressfull job in Asia and a lot of drinking few times a week do you think this has something to do with why the symptoms are keep coming back and not recovering for the past few months?

There can be complications but it getting worse over the course of 6 months isn't typical . You'll need to continue to follow up with your provider for this. If you want a 2nd opinion, get one.
