Experiencing symptoms after exposures but no clear solution

Hello, I'm a male in my 30's. I recently had a condom break during vaginal intercourse with a very promiscuous woman. The tip of my penis was exposed for less than a minute. I also recently had protected sex. I feel that perhaps the bottom shaft of my penis was exposed. She gave me unprotected oral sex. I also masterbated her vigorously with my fingers and then masterbated myself immediately after that. I also had a condom break during oral sex with a promiscuous woman. There was a small tear there that could have been there the whole time but was only noticed when I ejaculated. It was near the tip of my penis on the underside. So in summary: Condom broke with one person exposing penis inside vagina. Had protected sex with another woman, shaft my have been exposed at bottom as well as vigorous oral sex followed by master bating with my hand that masterbated her various times. And finally, condom breaking during oral sex which may have had a tear the whole time. Two weeks later I am experienced a very clear, very sticky discharge from my penis. I am also experiencing slight touches of pain and tingling as well as heightened sensitivity that come and go all over my penis and scrotum. This is pretty constant as of past two days. Slightly itchy at time too. No noticeable sores. I did not experience these symptoms prior to these exposures. Although I have had some spotty sensitivity before. Could this be a herpes outbreak with no symptoms. I have read about male herpes 2 symptoms to include pain and tingling during outbreak with no blisters. Is this prodrome? I also have a consistent area of blotchy redness on my penis head that has been there since way before all this. So....Why the very clear, very sticky discharge? Why the sharpish pain that comes and goes? Why the super heightened sensitivity. The tingling in my scrotum and penis shaft. All this after exposures. Any help would be very much appreciated. Thank you in advance for your attention.

This isn't hsv related. In the absence of lesions this isn't a realistic possibility. Clear discharge can be  normal. I would get a urine test for bacterial std's.

As of the post I recently had a red rash that is painful develop in the area where it was tingling before. Its a rash. Very small and isolated in two areas. It tingles and is a bit painful when it rubs against my underwear. I also remember having something very similar in the exact same spot awhile back. No blisters at this time. Just a red very small patch of irritated skin. I heard herpes can present itself in many different ways. I will, of course, get a blood test. How long would i have to wait to get a test? If I am having an outbreak now will I test positive? Can herpes present itself as a rash? It says everywhere that it can. Just wondering.
12 weeks for conclusive testing. You can have the area swabbed and pcr tested for hsv.
Testing by blood takes awhile as it's looking for antibodies the body makes to combat the virus. Not the virus itself. 8 weeks is a good indicator.
The rash I developed subsided in about 24hr. But it was there. And painful. And it was small, circular in nature. No puss or blister. Any ideas?
Sounds like a reaction to something. Hsv, fungal or bacterial won't clear up that fast
