That doesn't help you though. It would be an unusual presentation of a recurrent outbreak but it hardly provides any evidence that you do or do not have HSV2.
If you are more than 12 weeks since your last sexual encounter with a HSV2 confirmed partner, then an IgG blood test will tell you all you need to know conclusively.
