Ulcers in Urethra

I am young male. I had unprotected oral sex 3-4 times with women where I received oral sex without protection. I always had vaginal sex with women using condom 100% of the time. Now I have burning sensation while passing urine. I don't have any rash or ulcer on my penis or foreskin. I don't have any discharge. I checked my glands, they are not enlarged. No enlarged lymph nodes. No other lesion anywhere else on the body.   But I checked my urethra with light and I can see few pin point ulcers inside my urethra only. No ulcer or rash or anything else or any other lesion anywhere on foreskin or glans penis or shaft or scrotum. No lesion in my mouth or anywhere in my body.

I used to get apthous ulcers in my mouth but I have never heard of apthous ulcers inside urethra.  They look similar to apthous ulcers which I guess is as both are on mucosal surface.

Is this herpes? I went today to get my blood and urine tested for STDs. I never had STD before. I am worried what could it be and if herpes, I hear its life long. No cure. It recurs. So that means I will pass it to my partner or else I have to always wear condoms even with my partner.

I got my results. All are negaive. But ofcourse HSV 1/2 are IgG antibodies. I stilll have symptoms and I can see ulcers in urethra. Its been like 16 days now. I took ciprofloxain and zithromax just to cover myself for gc and chlamydia (being scared and nervous) but they came back negative. I dont want to wait till 6 months to get repeat testing for HSV IgG antibodies. HSV DNA test is from lesion if available if done correctly. No HSV dna test in blood like HIV?!

My surpirse is lesion only inside urethra and no where else.

I am lost.

when you took the antibiotics, did you symptoms improve?  Much urethral infection now is not chlamydia or gonorrhea, but rather other things that are treatable with those antibiotics.  
another way to try to address this problem is by asking the woman with whom you had sex to get tested for herpes.  and yes, you could also get a PCR swab done from the inside of the urethra, though it isn't comfortable.  but if you can see active ulcers in the urethra, that would be the way to go.

my last oral sex where I received it was when I wore a condom but ofcourse i touched her vagina with fingers. But no vaginal sex. last oral sex without condom was 2-3 months back atleast.
