scared

About s month ago i recieved oral sex from a girl. From looking at her mouth sores were not visable. However, a week after the episode i began to itch in the genitals especially around the head of my penis. The itch still comes and goes but now it feels like someone is grabbing the head of my penis with a firm grip. I was also inspecting my genitals and i didnt see anything however the opening of my penis was sore when touched

I had been previously tested a few months ago and was cleae on every std including herpes up to that point.

I tested negative for both chlamydia and gonorrhea. It doesn't burn when i urinate or ejaculate but could i still have herpes inside my penis?

Hi, firstly, the pain from having a herpes sore inside your penis would be excruciation ans secondly first time outbreaks occur at point of contact like the shaft area, not inside so you can rule herpes out for any interior urethra issues.
Genital itching like your describing would be more a symptom of a fungal infection from mouth saliva. Some times oral sex can disrupt our skins pH causing normal flora to over grow. I feel the grabing feeling is you grabing your penis checking from anxiety.

If you had sore inside it would be painful to urinate. I had very similar symptoms and it was caused by stress, my mind and inspecting myself way to often. If you were to have contracted it it would be most likely on the shaft or head. The fact she had no sores visable and no real symptoms of hsv you can breathe easy man. The likely hood of getting it from a one time exposure with no sores is so low its close to zero.
Ease up on the inspection and know your finewhen it comes to hsv from this eexposure.  Once you relax you will find the rest goes away.
