I am 28year old unmarried man. I was exposed to unprotected Oral sex on me with a girl for one night, 3 times for 30 min each. We had protected sex after that. She told me that she doesn’t have any symptom of herpes related anywhere in body and had only one BF in past.  I think being Nigerian girl she is away from any herpes like thing which is more common in Europe and America.
After 3days i developed  red tiny bumps (1mm size) although i can’t see any fluid , still they were raised from my glans of penis . Initially when they came it started with burning sensation  and rashes at the tip on penis but after 3 days no burning or rashes appeared. I never had these things on my glans in my past.
During this outbreak  i never feel any other symptom like fever,sore throat ,discharge from penis,burning urine,no nothing at all... this condition of red bumps remained for all 20days on my glans of penis without giving me any discomfort. During this period they never grow in size but grow in nos. and disappeared also. I could also see some red patches. These bumps never form any ulcer or sore when they heals.  I never take any medicine for it. I would like to mention that i am uncircumcised man & skin  always covers the glans of my penis. Whenever my urine touched these glans i never feel any burning sensation. Also can’t figure out any change in size of my lymp nodes. No pain in penis or lyph node was observed.
After 23 days of their appearance i applied calamine lotion and took few anti-inflammatory. I saw after one day that they started breaking by applying calamine lotion and appearing white. May be due to chemistry of calamine lotion. Finally(25th day) i decided to go to my doctor( not dermatologist.)
He examined me and said these are not looking like herpes and gave me some medicine.
1)Metronidazole.
2)Sitrox:-Azithromycin.
3)Loratadine.10mg
4)Ointment Nizoral (ketoconazole 20mg)

I can tell from your post that this is very worrisome for you.  Of course, you understand that we cannot accurately diagnose anyone over the internet without an exam.  However, from your description, it sounds as if you might have candida balanitis.  This is a fungal infection, more commonly found in men who are uncircumsized.  I'm going to attach a link to some photos and you can see if any of this looks like what you had.  http://yeastinfectionpictures.info/wp-content/uploads/2009/04/male-yeast-infection-11.jpg  None of the rest of the pictures that I found look like what I"m trying to show you.  The face that the medicines took care of the red bumps tells me that likely you have been treated fully.  Also, the fact that the rash never became blisters or sores suggests that it wasn't herpes either.  If you want to test for herpes eventually, do not take any herpes medicine now.  

The other body symptoms that you developed later, the kind of flu symptoms, may well be due to you taking so many medicines at one.  It would probably make anyone sick!  I want you to try not to worry too much about this being herpes - seems really unlikely to me.  If you feel that you want to test in 3-4 months, go ahead, but infection seems unlikely to me.

These circumsiced lesions are like shiny reddots clustered over my perpuce under foreskin 4-5 places and when i keep them dry after 4-5hrs i see some cloudy dischrge over them..
I guess this representation is of balantitis.
So my question is  Have u seen these kind of cloudy dischrges from the lesions of Herpes infection & if this is typical representation of herpes then can i get it after 2months of exposure????? Still note no discharge from penis or painful urination.

I would STRONGLY discourage the use of potent steroids over any length of time in the genital area, you can seriously erode the tissue causing significant damage.  I am very surprised that any health care provider would prescribe long use steroids for the head of your penis.  I'm sorry, but I don't have any other thoughts at this time about your symptoms, but please be very careful with this particular treatment.

These new episodes of redness just came 4 days ago and is confined to only perpuce under foreskin. It does not itch. The earlier site my glans is clean except 2-3 places it is peeling. I immediatly used Diprosone a potent betamethasone . Which further spoiled my penis condition so i stopped that. Today i m not using anythg just keeping area clean and applied vaseline.
Please advice any ointment for me.
I am under acute stress for these days almost 2months.

Thank you very much for your earlier posts....
and i understand that nobody can judge online like that about my condition.
Just want to update you about my current condition.
Almost 2months have passed since my exposure . I have been through different phases of my penis condition. As advised by you i applied Nizoral for 3 weeks but after masturbation glans & meatus still remained red . So i changed the cream and applied triple action cream.. (clotrimazol,bethamethasone & antibiotic) for 2 weeks again not improvement. i also took course (150mg 1 tablet)of flucanozole oral. I tried 2 more new creams stupidly applied one potent bethamethasone after these two my underneath the foreskin(perpuce) got red in patches also i can see small cluster of red dots on it which pains small when i put warm water or touch... nothing on glans but skin of glans peeling small...I also feel some pain in upper thighs and hips.
No dischrge,no burning on urination,I am afraid it can be herpes or warts???  
the girl i slept she said she is clean without any symptoms.

See My current Pics advice atleast assure me that it is still balantis.

Nizoral is a good treatment for candida balanitis, yes.  That is the preferred treatment.  Since you are responding to the treatment nicely, I think that helps to confirm this diagnosis.

Last night when i masturbate (almost after 15 days),i saw whole glan of my penis become very very red i could see the tiny red dots on it which seemed beneath the skin of glans (glands). I applied Nizoral again and sleep.No pain or irritation was observed. In morning i see when my penis was not erect everything looking not bad as it looked last nite.

If this is the symptoms of candida balantis???
Can u prescribe me any ointment for balanits.?
Anything close to herpes??? Can herpes bumps last for 4 weeks and then coming again with redness i described...??

This looks similar to balanitis, yes.  But again, pictures are not a good way to diagnose something.  It would be best to see a provider and without too much history, just ask what it is.

Thank you very much for your comments and advice, Most importantly understanding my conditions.
I saw the link u showed but it is not exactly identical to that even i searched a lot for the pictures over net none of them showed like i have and i have seen herpes pics also which are also not identical to my condition.
I have read that yeast bacteria is always present in mouth . May be by orally it came on my penis and its true that i never cared much of my penis higene before. I rememeber when these red dots started coming 4weeks ago the smell of my glans changed and also the smell of urine. But now nothing is like dat.

After blood test my VDLR test came non-reactive.(i.e after 25days of outbreak)
No check for herpes was done.
I used above medicine and ointment within next two days everything disappeared(27th day). Today , 30 days have passed i am still applying Nizoral and want to continue with it for another 2-3weeks.
Although i took Loratadine for 4 days then discontinued as this medicine was very strong and i was feeling discomfort with it, i mean weakness. Also not taken metronidazole for more than 2 days. But took complete course of Sitrox i.e 3tablets.
1) Also i want to mention that i develop mild fever, sore throat, bit abdominal disturbance, small back pain now after 30 days of exposure. I can’t understand what is happening to me. Can anxiety be the cause.?? Or my body response to this Loratadine medicine as i said it was very heavy for me. Or m i producing antibodies now.???
2) Everybody talks about Herpes .. what about other similar causes which could result in condition like this. My red bumps didn’t turn into painfull blisters and ulcer. And doesn’t crust over to heal. It just disappeared over nite with Nizoral. I am uncircumcised male any blood vessel could result like this?  or any other thing?????
3) I m not very sexually active i always had safe protected sex in past(all during last 6months). Small exposure of oral sex only .Can i still get the outbreaks from these past exposures now???
       4) Even if this is herpes either HSV1 or 2, i had minor outbreak this time is that mean my future outbreaks will   it be even more milder and i would get fewer recurrences again or not at all.??? My future partner will also get mild symptom like me or it may b severe.???
       5)    Can herpe’s bumps be treated with above antiviral and antifungal medicine. ??? because i            feel relief after that...
       6) I will go to clinic after 3months to check my specific antibodies until then should i take any antiviral medicine for herpes?
        7) If i had herpes symptoms in genital area is that means i don’t have in my mouth/saliva???i juts observed one bump (not red) inside the mouth on lower lip. Painless and no ulcer. During my sexual exposure the smooching was very less only 3-4 seconds only.
       PLEASE DOCTOR I NEED YOUR SINCERE ADVICE.
I am very tensed these days i can’t eat properly or sleep. Just keep thinking about the outcome of the infection if i had it. Feel like crying always.... I don’t know where to go...
