Only primary infections carry a slight risk of infectingnother body parts if you have long established hsv1 infection you getting infected is near impossible, those are likely to be pimples or actually razer cuts, or hsv2 only way to know for sure is to get them checked by a PCR swab

If you get them since your childhood your genital cuts arent herpes 1 since you antibodies you cant get reinfected
