HSV-2 Exposure

Hello,

Approximately 2 days I had protected sex (latex condom) with a female I had just met. On my way home she sent me a long
text message about how she has genital herpes but has never had an outbreak (to her knowledge). I was completely shocked and in disbelief because she told me she had never tested positive for an STD while we were in bed (what can I say I like to ask), completely unethical if you ask me, I would have chosen to forgo sex if she hadn't lied.  I've scoured a lot of forums in the past 48 hours, I can't get a decent nights sleep, the statistics and information seem different in a lot of places. Last I got checked was in August of 2016, I was in a monogamous relationship up until recently, I had tested positive for HSV-1 previously which according to some forums means an initial outbreak for me possibly wont happen, I'm worried sick, all I do is keep checking my penis, I completely cut this girl off so I don't  know if she has genital HSV-2 or HSV-1, I'm going to assume she has HSV-2. I just don't know what are the next steps to take, when should I expect a symptom? We only had intercourse for I want to say around 3-4 minutes (not sure if positions matter (doggy) sorry I don't know the proper term if there is one)), my penis was completely covered, before that we were fooling around, she gave me unprotected oral, I also fingered her but I don't remember if I touched my penis with the same hand while putting the condom on (although I'm going to assume I did). I know HSV-2 is not the end of the world, I just don't want it, and this is putting a hamper on things because me and my ex have started talking again, we're in the initial stages of working things out and I have to tell her this and it's going to ruin everything. I guess I am just looking for some peace of mind.

My questions are

1) When should I expect symptoms to occur? Should I at all seeing as I have HSV-1
2) How long should I wait to get tested? I want to rush to the doctor on Monday and tell him what happened but at the same time I'm reading I need to be tested a minimum of 2-4 weeks after, and then 6 months after?
3) Any other general thoughts

1. If you were infected, you would most likely noticed symptoms. Probably within 3-7 days.

2. I really really doubt you caught herpes even if she had herpes. 12 weeks is plenty. The median time from exposure to seroconversion is about 4 weeks.

3. Relax. Even the vast majority of unprotected encounters with an infected person do not result in transmission and infection. Congratulations on using condoms and not having unprotected sex. By using condoms, you have dramatically cut down the odds of catching herpes, but more importantly, you have statistically eliminated almost all odds of being infected with HIV, gonorrhea and chlamydia.
