HSV-2 orally

Hi

2 days ago I had sex with an escort, I performed unprotected oral sex on her for about a minute, during this the bottom half of my mouth was more or less touching her pubic area not her vagina because she didn't position herself properly. Am I at more risk of HSV-2 orally if my mouth was touching her pubic area rather than her vagina?

This doesn't change my opinion or advice. I won't have any more comments.

Thanks

I should mention the top part of my mouth and lip was definitely in contact with her vagina, mostly her clitoris.

Oral HSV2 is rare. The virus doesn't easily infect oral tissues, and anyway the chance your partner had an active genital HSV2 infection is low.  On top of all that, it sounds like you had only brief and superficial oral contact, not the prolonged vigorous contact usually needed to transmit HSV. Don't worry about it.
