Need answers/advice

The facts:
1. I was diagnosed with hpv in mid/latejan 12 and recieved both a colopscopy and subsequent surgery and biopsy for this.
2. Once I was diagnosed with hpv I have become increasingly nervous about everything std related and after finding out about the diagnosis I distinctly remember feeling pain in my buttocks and possibly hip area/bone (like in the bone. Almost like the feeling you get when someone is sitting on your lap and you feel the protrusion of their butt bone).
3. I have continued to experience pain/tingling in my thighs and hip (typically on my right).
4. I have had no blisters/bumps or unusual pain in genitalia.
5. I have not been tested yet.
6. Since reading that herpes cause neurological pain, I have felt intense pain in back (never happened prior to this week), butt, hip and thigh.
7. Last week, after having protected sex a few days prior, I had a uti (burning when urinating, small amounts of blood in urine, frequent urination even when I had little urine to release). I had a uti before I was sexually active and am confident that that's what it was especially since those symptoms stopped once I took the antibiotic. Unfortunately now after taking the antibiotic I have what I think is a yeast infection (itching, redness, significant discharge and small cuts where the discharge was typically found but still no lesions) (I get yeast infections constantly, have for years even prior to sex). Also, I put a little Vaseline on the cuts and they've healed it seems.
8. I had unprotected sex (oral and vaginal) with my last boyfriend several times with the last time being ~September 11. Also had a protected sex with another individual in mid dec 11 but for a second(s) the tip/head of his penis did touch my vaginal opening; may have even been inserted into my vagina for a second, unfortunately I can't remember exactly.

Questions:
1. Could the colopscopy or biopsy show herpes infection?
2. What is the likehood that I have herpes with no lesions?
3. Do people typically show infection with only neurological pain?
4. If I am infected, should I expect the lesions to appear soon?

Any information or advice would be great because I am going through severe panic on this.

What would herpes related pain feel like exactly?

no, your colposcopy and biopsy's wouldn't show if you had herpes.

since you are feeling most of your symptoms ever since you really started thinking about herpes, odds are most of it is a genitally focused anxiety causing them. of course an uti can also cause back pains too.

odds are you've never been tested for herpes before so why not seek out type specific herpes igg blood testing to know your status and go from there.  your description of your aches and pains doesn't sound like herpes but everyone should know their status. you and future partners can't make educated decisions about what precautions to take until you know who has what :)
