Do I have an STD or some type of urethra infection?

I am 16  I only had 2 sexual partners and 4 months ago I had unprotected sex with a girl who is known to have a lot of unprotected sex the very next day I felt off and on burning throughout the day for 2-3 days then after that I started feeling tingling feelings at the tip of my penis like in the urethra. The tingling feelings lasted for about 3-5 seconds and it happen about 5 times a day and the tingling would sometimes be kind of itchy. The reason I didn't go get checked of do any read on what it was is because I was scared of what it might be but then after 2 months I got real paranoid and did some research  on herpes because I heard how common it was so after I was real convinced I had so I went to to get tested for  syphilis, gonorrhea,  HIV, and  chlamydia  they all came back negative. And symptoms dropped after that for some reason and I started feeling  my muscles ache well mostly my joints but  muscles too m, but I started realizing after  ejaculation it would burn I would feel a sharp pain at the tip of my penis feels like in the urethra and I would start feeling the tingly feeling again for the next couple of days.I started having  diarrhea for like 3 weeks straight and I used that as an excuse to tell me dad to take me to the doctor because I was too scared to tell him and when we got to the doctors office I told him everything and he checked my penis and he said he doubts it herpes because I have no lesions and and he sent me to a lab and they had me pee in a cup and they drew blood then I went back to the doctors office about 2 weeks later and they didn't tell me anything they just gave me  my two meningitis shots  and sent me back to the lab( they said you could check for cholesterol but I think they just said that because my dad and sister was in the room) but wen we got there  they took three times as much blood. And it's been two months and I still have symptoms it gets worse wen I masterbate but it's getting better all together very slowly but it's been 4 months and I haven't been told anything so I'm guessing I don't have anything so can anyone help me.
I don't have any penile discharge
But after I pee I do drip pee minutes afterwards and after I  ejaculate  I do drip sperm minutes afterwards and this never happened to me before
But I've been doing research on sti's, std's, urethra tears and urethra irritation I have the most common symptoms with the urethra tears but I have some symptoms of a lot of sti's can anyone please help me

Having had prostatis I can tell you the dribble of urine is just that. You probably had NGU that because it wasn't treated it's made it way to your prostate. It's often difficult to treat in the prostate because medicines have a hard time getting into the prostate. It took me 3 rounds of antibiotics to cure mine. You need to go to the doctor before it keeps spreading. I'm. It trying to scare you but you need to get this treated asap

I would see a urologist. You may have prostatitis. It isn't herpes that i know for sure.

This is not herpes related. Symptoms wouldn't last this long and you would definitely have lesions. Put herpes out of your mind.
