How soon can herpes appear after encounter?

I've had a sexual encounter with an escort.... and of course i used a condom.

However, I noticed i developed about 2-3 red "spots" almost immediatly after sex (within 10 hours)

What can this be? It's not itching or painful, it's just there. When i do pee it burns a little but even when i never had sex it was similar.

Any tips? I went to a doctor he said "herpes doesn't happen overnight" .... since i noticed the red spots within hours after the encounter.

here is a photo of the spots: http://i1294.photobucket.com/albums/b601/godishope22/picture/02_zpsff4a432c.jpg

shaking legs isn't a sign of herpes either.

Thanks for your reply Grace. I am VERY happy if it is Contact Dermatitis.... i was just hoping pictures would be a bit helpful to see if other people knowledgeable about the topic would agree.

The lesions I have are tiny spots and are not painful at all... and the weird part is I found they developed the same day I had intercourse. It's just nerve-wrecking... my legs are constantly shaking and I hope that's not a symptom of any permanent infection, just from nervousness.

we don't look at pictures here. why not is explained in our read before posting post.

it takes a minimum of 2 days post encounter for herpes symptoms to occur from a newly acquired infection.

if you aren't happy with the diagnosis you were given when you were seen, get a 2nd opinion elsewhere.
