HSV2 newcomer.

I've recently discovered that I've contracted genital herpes in the last few weeks and have recently just suffered through my first outbreak. I'm currently on my 3rd day of Valtrex and I am feeling much better. But after days or paranoia, stress, and complete devastation, I've started to convince myself that I now have eye and/or oral herpes now. My eyes are red and feel sticky when I blink. Otherwise, no discharge or lesions. I also have a few small pimples already developing around my chin and mouth from hormones and stress but there is one just on the top mid tip of my upper lip that is starting to look suspicious. I've thought that I had prodromal symptoms like facial tingling but it could also just be my imagination getting the best of me. How can you tell the difference between a newly developing zit or your first ever oral herpes outbreak?

Oral hsv2 is pretty rare. I doubt you have it as well. The only good thing about oral hsv2 is it has very few outbreaks and sheds very little. Again I doubt you have it. Like you said, you've been under some serious stress.
