Have a genital herpes outbreak and small blisters on my hand?

I currently am having a genital herpes outbreak and I noticed sores broke out on my genitals last night. (I've tested positive for the antibodies of hsv1 and 2) Today I noticed my pinky keeps itching and there are teeny tiny blisters that you can barely see on my hands. I'm pretty sure it is herpes, but my doctor is closed today on the weekend. What should I do? I am absolutely terrified of getting brain inflammation from the spreading or something crazy it is causing back to back panic attacks. Today I also started my period if that matters. Please please help. I'm so terrified.

Herpes whitlow is usually very painful. You can go to a walk in clinic and have tour hand looked at and tested.
