More questions rather than answers

I recently was tested for all STD's.  My HSV 1/2 Comb Ab Scrn IgG was >22.40.  My HSV 1/2 IgM, ELISA was 0.52.  What does this mean?  I asked my doctor that ordered it and said she was going to order another test that determines which one it is. Does the high value for the IgG mean a recent exposure (like within 6 mos - 1 year)?  There is a question of infidelity on my partners side, as of recent timing.  I had a discretion over 14 years ago.  I thought I had been tested for all STD's back 14 years ago when I got pregnant.  Would the number still be equally as high.  I've had no symptoms at all.

it means absolutely nothing unfortunately :(  You could have hsv1, hsv2 , both or neither with the testing you had done.

With the testing I had done - does that high value >22.40 indicate a recent exposure though? Or could it be that high for a long time?

I removed your other post since it was the same as this one. we'll keep it all in this post :)

you unfortunately  had the wrong herpes blood testing done to have any answers. you will need to repeat it with a type specific herpes igg blood test that gives you a separate result for hsv1 igg and hsv2 igg both to get better answers.

odds are you weren't tested for herpes when pregnant either unfortunately.
