First thing you need to do is take a type specific igg test. This will determine if you have hsv at all and which type if you are positive. Do this before you start any meds at all. Post your results or pm me and we will go from there. Your overall score is so low I question the fact of you having hsv at all

hi i was tested posistive for herpes 1 and 2 yest. readings being 1.77 igG for 1 and 1.25 for type 2. since then i spent all night reading various articles and i can tell you that so far igG tests for antibodies in your blood. Ive also discovered that there sometimes tend to be a what is called a posistive error meaning if your reading is within 3.5 igG and under the possibility exists that there could have been an error however the only way to confirm is vai a test only offerd in washington as far as i understand.https://www.verywell.com/what-does-a-positive-herpes-igm-test-result-mean-3132739. follow the link for more info. https://www.westoverheights.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/08/Updated-Herpes-Book.pdf.  please share any other findings. I am with you on this.
