Herpes? And very scared

I have recently had sex (1week) with a very questionable woman. I used a condom, and even dental dam but was so drunk that gave oral for about 2 minutes unprotected. I know that was stupid. About 2 days later I woke up with red sores on the back of my tongue, inflamed gums, white colored tongue, swollen throat glands and tingling lips. Since then I have noticed one small red bump on the base of my penis, in the hair area not on shaft and newly formed brown spots in my pubic hair area. No burning, no itching. The red bump is very small and has been there a few days no popping or scarring. I went to the doctor and they said neither one looked like herpes but they were not sure what caused it. Also when I push my lips out i see little white bumps that you can not see unless you push out your lips. I am really worried. The sores on my tongue and the bump near my genitals do not hurt and i never had trouble swollowing. I have had some flu like symptoms but was not sure if those were caused by my constant worrying and looking at websites about symptoms. fever but not very high or very long, no real body aches, but a slightly sore back, and have just been very tired all the time. The doctor referred me to a dermatologist to check out the brown skin dots in my pubic region and i have been taking azutromcina for my throat, nimesulida for the immflamation, and herpesil for the sores. could these medications be the reason that none of these symptons are very painful or irritating? I am scared? what should i do? Is it herpes? I cant take the test for at least another 4 weeks to be sure. any advice?

A sensitive testicle is not a herpes issue.

If your bump is getting larger, you need to follow up on it today with your provider.

One more thing - the bump on the base of my penis is getting larger but still no pain. Also I have had a sensitive right testicle for years, doctors never could figure out why but not it is even more sensitive and irritating. Could this just be nerves inflaming the testicle? The bump is raised, hard and alone. No pain, no itching. I have pictures but not sure if i can post them here. Does any one work in this area want to take a look at them?

If you got antibiotics for your throat, then its not herpes, its a bacterial infection - maybe strep.

I don't know much about herpesil, but you are probably wasting your money on that.  It doesn't sound like herpes.

Relax.....anxiety alone will make it appear that you have all the "true" symptons that really do not exist.  

I'm no doctor but what you are describing sounds like anxiety more than anything else.  

It's funny that I'm reading your posting when I had an anxiety attach around a similar issue earlier this week, guilty of the same.

Pray and be faithful; get tested, and know that it's not a death sentence, and everything that you need God has already prepared you with.

If you are not, which I hope is the case, DO NOT drink irresponsibly!
