HELP! I need assessment!

Hi! I need assessment!

I've experienced all the following symptoms:

- penile discharge
- frequent urinating
- back pain (sometimes toes)
- pain during urination

I believe these are all symptoms of herpes. The only thing absent is the visible herpes. My doctor said that it can't be herpes unless there are visible sores. However, I'm confused because I read here that you should 4 months after doing the act before you can test. So I'm thinking that the sores may come after. I've been given antibiotic and all those symptoms were gone now. I'm scared that it will come back and the next time it'll come back the sores would appear. Based on my symptoms, is it herpes? Should I get tested for HSV 1 and 2?

so I do not have to worry about Herpes? I'm worried because I had back pain. That's what making me worry so much because I'm sure it's related to this case. After all the other symptoms were gone, I didn't experience back pain anymore. Although the doctor said it couldn't be herpes if there were no sores, I was puzzled when she said that my back pain could be from my using a backpack. I do not believe this because I've been using a backpack for all of my life since I was in grade school.

Also, the discharge could be a sign of Chlamydia or Gonorrhea. Definitely get tested for those two.

It sounds like it could be a urinary track infection. You should get tested for everything if you've recently had unprotected sex, just to be on the safe side.
