Herpes Symptoms

So I have had herpes like tiny vesicles on my mouth for about 22 days and have had some discomfort urinating for about 2 weeks starting a few days after the i discovered the vesicles.  I have never had herpes oral or genital.  I had oral sex, some genital grinding, protected anal penetration and no kissing, with a man I met on the internet 23 days ago!?  The day i noticed the vesicles (22 days ago) I began Valtrex 500 mg 2x day for 6 days and have been taking Acyclovir daily since then. I also have been using Abrevia as indicated on the bottle.   My vesicles have not changed.  There has been no worsening or blistering of these vesicles.  I have not developed any vesicles/blisters on my penis but the discomfort has improved if not completely dissipated.
My blood test were negative(even something called Igg) but they were drawn 4 days after what i believe was my initial exposure. I believe this because it's been a year since I have had any sexual activity besides this one night stand.   My doc wants me to take the test again in another 2-3 weeks because he believes that i do have herpes. Also my urine test for clamydia and ghonorhea were negative.
I guess i have a few questions.
Do You agree with my Doc that the urinary discomfort is herpes even though there are no vesicles or blisters?
Why do the vesicles persist and why dont they hurry up and blister so they could go away?
Do all these vesicles have to blister?
Since there was no oral kissing most likely I have HSV2 right?
Is it Possible to get HSV2 on mouth and penis at the same time?
Are the outbreaks most likely going to occur on mouth, penis or both?
I have been HIV negative is it possible I was infected on the same day and that is why Herpes symptoms are not being resolved?

Vesicles are water blisters.  Is that what you have?  It would extremely unusual for herpes blisters/vesicles to be present for 22 days without changing their appearance; in fact, I can safely say, I've never heard of such a thing.  Normally, with herpes, you get a water blister/vesicle, it ruptures and forms an ulcer, then a scab forms, then it falls off.  This can take anywhere from 5 days to 3 weeks.

I don't agree with your doctor that urinary discomfort is necessarily herpes.  Certainly, people with other things can have urinary discomfort as well.  No kissing, were you the giver of oral sex to this partner?  If you were not, then herpes of the mouth is not a concern.  If you were, then it is a small concern.  Were any swab tests taken from the "vesicles"?    I doubt you were HIV infected at this episode, given your description of activity, but always good to be tested periodically.

In terms of testing:  2-3 weeks is way too short.  You need to wait 3-4 months from the contact for an accurate answer.  Only 50% of those who are positively infected will be antibody positive 3 weeks after infection.

Something that stays the same day after day is unlikely to be herpes.  Herpes outbreaks go through a process, they are not stagnant.  No, HIV would not change this process.  Its too late to take a swab, I think, and probably wouldn't be productive.

No he didnt take a swab test just bloods.  I think he thought they were small because I had taken the valtrex the day after the possible exposure. Im not sure if there was ever much to swab they have always been dry.  I never tried to see what would happen if i popped them.  I also had fever like symptoms and fatigue for about 5 days in the beginning.  Do you think he should try to take a swab?  I just keep looking at them every morning waiting for them to change into blisters but they dont.  If I was to have HIV would it delay the process?

I would say that herpes doesn't not usually show up as pin head size white dots on the inside of the lip.  I'm not sure what it could be, perhaps a canker sore or just irritation, not sure from your description.  If it is HSV 2, you will recur hardly ever and shed very infrequently.  But lets not jump to that.  Was testing done from the group of dots, a swab test?

doctor said they were extremely small,  but most likely herpes.  They look like a cluster of 6 or 7 about the size of a pin head.  They are only visible when I push my tongue on it from the inside of my lip. He said the first episode could They are not blisters but a group of little white dots the size of a pin head. The doctor told me the first time could take a while.  There on the lip.  Don't know what else it could be?  I did give and recieve oral but again no kissing.  If it is herpes on my lip most likely it's 2 right?  Does that mean it happens less often because it's not infecting where it should be infecting?  If urine sample was negative for bacteria and I do have herpes on my lip isn't it likely to be herpes on my penis?? The  confusing thing is no visible signs,  but I wonder if the valtrex had any influence on that.
