Herpes and Buttock Pain

I've had a constant pain in both sides of my buttocks for about 2-3 weeks, started in my back then to my buttocks, now to the back of my thighs, this was after protected vaginal sex. I have no lesions, does this sound like the beginning stages of herpes?

I was wondering if this stressful event coupled with anxiety has me clenching my buttocks which could maybe cause that lingering pain, maybe?
