make sure you inform your pharmacist too that you possibly have an allergy to cleocin too.
They just told me it was a bacterial infection and to take that. But I called them this morning and told them about my rash and they told me to stop taking it.
rashes are common with antibiotics. you should inform your doctor about this and get their opinion on it.
did you have bv that they prescribed cleocin?
thank you so much for helping! do you think the valtrex subscribed to me is what is causig this rash i have on my chest and arms? it was conmbined with cleocin too though so i'm not sure which medication is causing this rash. Although I did lay out the other day and tan in a tanning bed last night which might have something to do with it.
well odds are you didn't contract hiv. totally up to you if you think it's worth testing again for or not.
feel free to ask any herpes related questions you have too :)
any future hiv testing questions need to be asked on the hiv forum.
depending on the hiv test used, depends on how accurate it was a month post encounter.
are you still dating this guy?
I had a culture done Friday and just got my results back today and it was positive for HSV2, I know I have it. I was just wondering if I should get tested for HIV again or if there is a change that I might have that (I'm kind of paranoid, ha)
what testing have you had so far? did you have any lesion cultures or just visual diagnosis and blood testing?
I can best help if you get your actual herpes blood test results to post - e.g. hsv1 igg 3.2 and hsv2 igg .23 or whatever they are.
