Is the a sign of herpies

I have had un protected sex with 3 partners in my life, I haven't had unprotected sex for 3 weeks with my current partner, I masturbate very often ( 3-4) times a day an sometimes more, recently I masturbated on Thursday and noticed a discharge an experienced some soreness, the next day I had 4 bumps that didn't hurt or feel like anything so I squeezed them hard, a little bit of clear fluid came out but barely enough to see, the next day they all started to sting with contact an I tried putting antibiotic cream on it, it is now Monday and it doesn't sting as bad but when rubbed or friction occurs, the area stings, I also went to the health department Thursday when I noticed the discharge and the doctor did a blood test and a pee test, she said everything seems fine an it may be a sperm discharge but I feel irritation within my penis and I am very scared that I may have herpes, I have looked up pictures but everything I read or see doesn't look like what I have. Does this sound like herpes, and does to much masturbation with Vaseline frequently cause soreness and blisters? And is there any specific details on herpes that can help before I get my results?

This isnt an answer to your question but more of a comment..I've been sexual active for 14 years was married for 12 of those(with a man who ended up having multiple sexual partners without my knowledge)and pretty much healthy with std panels and hiv tests ran like I was supposed to throughout the years but never not once was I told that herpes test was never included in that panel until it was too late.. I think doctors or someone should do more to educate young adults on the importance of Herpes..of course you hear about it but from my experience it gets down played compared to other stds out here..just my opinion

typically herpes testing isn't a part of routine std testing. when you get your results, ask exactly what you were tested for - assume nothing!

Thank you for your reply :) I have been tested before and never had anything but recently I have been masturbating alot with Vaseline, I'm glad to hear it doesn't sound like herpes :) but I am waiting on my results, the doctors didn't say they were doing a herpes test but told me they were doing a blood test and pee test, that's would test for everything... I am so scared but they only feeling I get from the sores is a stinging feeling when rubbed agains my boxers, and I have been having a discharge... That's why Im so scared

did you and your current partner get full std testing that included herpes igg blood testing prior to starting to be intimate together?

these don't sound at all like herpes going on. continue to follow up with your provider as needed for your symptoms.

don't use vaseline to masturbate with either!  it isn't meant for that and will block your pores and cause infections. get yourself a good sex lube that is designed for that part of the body :)
