Herpes driving me mad..unexplained scrape

hi

I am 20 year old. No partners ever.  I saw grace post and wanted her views.

I had a protected oral with a sex worker.  Her lips only touched condom.  No kissing or anything.  Just some boob sucking and neck sucking by me.  I had shaved 1 day before and had two healing cuts near base of shaft.  Before oral sex I had hugged her once without wearing condom and we we both naked.  Then I lied on top of her once naked and without condom. She was also naked.  I am afraid to get herpes as I think my bare erect penis brushed against her back, buttocks..and may have touched her genitals during the brief time I hugged her and lied on top of her.. all in all less than 20 - 30 seconds.

I had stopped shaving and examined my genitals daily, many times a day.  I never saw any blisters. Never.  However around a bit more than a month after the encounter, I noticed a tiny longitudinal like scab on my scrotum.  There was no blister there as I had examined it more than 5 times daily.  The scab was really tiny around 2 mm long and less than 1 mm wide. I scratched it in anxiety and opened it and removed the scab. I put some alchohol and it burned.  I also put antiseptic local gel betadine once.  The next day it had scabbed again.  The next two day after it had disappeared.  There was just a tiny little white patch..perhaps a scar and new skin had formed.

I believe I got it from scraping with my fingernails (long a bit) during the excess self exam.  I stopped the self exam.  I went to a doctor but by time I was there (after 3 days of opening the scab). The doctor saw nothing as the scab was gone.  He said it cannot be herpes since no blister and quick healing scab.  It must have been a little scrapping.

I was afraid it was herpes.  Does this sound anything like herpes to you grace?

In these three months after this encounter I self examined daily, and saw no blisters apart from this tiny scab.  I think i should stop self exam now.

we recommend protected oral sex because it works! you were at no risk for a std from the protected oral sex. also you laying naked on top of her briefly wasn't a real risk for a std either.

no reason for any testing from this. should you get any new symptoms, be seen to find out what they are - they aren't going to be std related.
