im not a doctor, it could just be irritated, how old are you? Do you have insurance. If not go online and look up your county health department, they have free services there.If you are imbarassed that some one might see you. go get checked in another city.The best thing to do is go see a dermatoligist, From my experience regular doctors especially the doctors in those quick care clinnics diagnos people wrong. A dermatologist can tell you what it is two minutes. IF it it herpes its not a big deal, they give you cream and pills and that is it. I know it is embarassing to go to them and talk about it, but they see dirty dicks all day and most of them have had something one time or another. If you are worried just get it checked out. talk to you later.
