Herpes or not

I have recently started a new relationship and me and my girlfriend have been having a lot of sex. At first I had some itchy irritation around the base of my penis. As that cleared up i noticed two pimple like bumps at the hair line on the shaft of my penis. They are single bumps not clusters like the herpes pictures i have seen. They do have a white center like a white head and are not flat like a wart. I am having trouble finding any photos that reflect my symptoms online. If anyone could help me diagnose this i would be so relieved. I would also be happy to provide additional information if necessary.

Dude, some pics might help. There's no planned parenthoods around you? A swab test would be tops 30 bucks

did you and your gf have full std testing that included herpes testing prior to starting to have sex together?

have you had these looked at yet by a medical provider?
