help

I had protected sec with a partner and the next day I had a burning sensation by my genitals. A few days later I felt like a had the flu with swollen glands. It went away after a day or two and I haven't seen anything visually different in the area. I went to two des and neither saw anything out of the ordinary. Is it possible this is herpes even though there was no lesions. Any insight is appreciated

so they didn't test you for the simplest of vaginal infections when you were seen? if not, go and be seen elsewhere to get that basic testing done.

There was nothing to swab and too early for a blood test

Its just a coincidence that two days after sex i have tingling in nh genitals and anus and swollen glands in groin. From what ive read these are symptoms of herpes. I may be over reacting but something doesn't feel right down there and the timing is right.

this time of the year, usually flu like symptoms are the actual flu!

did they test you for yeast and bacterial infections vaginally when you were seen?
