Herpes symptom?

Today I noticed two small dots on my foreskin, kind of on the shaft of my penis. It kind of looks like there's puss in the middle. They also look like pimples/white heads. Doesn't hurt or itch. Could this be yeast infection or herpes? My last exposure was an unprotected blow job over a month ago.

Sorry for double posting. I was just making sure it wasn't herpes because I've not experienced yeast occurrence like this. So even if I know this is yeast should I still go be seen?

Sorry for posting in herpes forum, but I need some advice, please?

Those two pimple-like dots are still on my penis. I've applied nystatin and triamcinolone acetonide cream several times and I don't see a difference. So, is there another more effective cream I can use? Also, do you think it's bad if I try to remove it by popping it like a pimple? Is there a forum for the treatment of yeast infection or the use of creams? Thank you.
