Herpes??

Hello

Just yesterday I found like five little open sores in between my left side of my thigh pit and scrotum on top of some stretch marks I have.  I haven't been sexually active for about June of this year.  I had been working out before and doing some stretches.  It looks like the sores are bleeding a little bit of clear pus is showing.   What can this be please help!!

Hey grace I checked where the sores where at and I notice that my skin was kind of peeling, what does this indicate?

I haven't had sex for about 5 months though.  Every time I go to the clinic to go get tested for herpes they tell me they can only test me if there is an outbreak, is that true?  Or can I just take a blood test to find out of I do?

at this point not a whole lot you can do. should they reoccur, be seen promptly for further evaluation.

if you are concerned that these are herpes, follow up with a type specific herpes igg blood test 3 months after the last time you had sex.

Okay you guys I wasn't able to go to the doctor to check up on the sores I had they disappeared within three days with no crusting can this still be a herpes symptom ?

I agree with Bob.  Your symptoms do not really sound indicative of a Herpes infection.  I would however visit a doctor, or ask to be referred to a dematologist who specialises in the area.

Jock itch sounds like it could be the culprit.  Ensure you visit the doctor.

This doesn't sound like herpes.
Since you are getting unconfortable symptoms, be seen by a doctor. This could be a number of things - jock itch comes to mind.
