Hi i posted on here before but didn't get many answers so im hoping this time i do i would appreciate it well 3 weeks i had a one time encounter with a female im a 27yr old male it was protected intercourse but was unprotected oral 2 days later i started getting clear penile discharge and itching so i went to the er got tested for chlamydia and gonorrhea and was negative they put me on doxycycline, ciprofloxacin, Zithromax but did not help was tested for a uti and that was also negative now 3 weeks after the encounter and im experiencing stinging pain and burning at the tip of my penis only and still clear discharge and a week after i started getting the symptoms i got a painless sore on my inner thigh so i went to a dermatologist and they said it wasnt herpes related ive been getting a tingling sensation all over my body the last couple of days not sure if its do to anxiety please help thanks

I dont think your reading what im writing! Exterior outbreaks averge about 2 weeks to completly heal but interior urethra may take longer to constant irritations from urinating it could delay the healing of lesions.

Thanks for your response sorry im just trying to figure out whats going on i had a urine test done today and they found traces of blood not sure what could be causing it wbc 0-3 and rbc 0-4 doc wants me to come back for x-rays

It can cause a discharge due to mucus trying to sooth any irritation but most predominate symptoms of herpes inside the urethra would be big time painful lesions espcially when coming in contact with toxic urine. and again with unprotected oral the lesions would be on your shaft not in side. Understand that first time herpes outbreaks are at pont of contact and its impossible for her lips to make contact with the inside of your penis.

You were advised its not urethra herpes so what else would you like to know as tingling all over your body is not herpes related

Does herpes cause penile discharge ? ive been having it for 3 weeks but very little at a time and its clear what could cause stinging and burning in my pee hole ?
