High or Low risk?

I am a single male who attended a party at a strip club with some friends. I had a fairly lengthy encounter with one of the strippers where I may have assumed some risk of STD infection, particularly herpes.
During our "dance" the stripper invited me to perform oral sex on her ... and I willingly (drunkenly) obliged. Although there was no deep penetration into her vagina, there was definately fluid exchange.
What are my risks of an infection of any STD? Should I be tested and if so, when should that be done?

This high or low risk thing is a complete joke. The medical community should be ashamed of themselves. This has done nothing, but perpetuate diseases. People are told that if they are low risk they don't need testing meanwhile they could spreading viruses. Low and high risk is a matter of subjectivity. Putting your lips on a strippers genitals was not a good idea. If you develop sores (I hope you don't), get them checked out immediately. In terms of your question, if she was shedding virus then you have a high risk catching an STD (particularly herpes) if she was not then probably you are fine. Get an antibody specific herpes test in 4 months, and don't let the doctor talk you out of it.

If the only contact you had was oral sex, you are at very low risk.  I wouldn't recommend testing.
