How small can patches of herpes be in the initial outbreak?

and how long does it take for them to scab over?

Ive been dealing with the possibility of having herpes for about a month now, but during this time i have had a small patch of raised skin that appears to be small bumps, on the my circumcision scar on the underside of my shaft. I look closely as i can at them, but i cant tell if they are filled with liquid or not. I scratched them with my nail because sometimes it itches. They didnt break or pop, but they remain there. I thought i saw a small amount of blood, but i couldnt tell if it was just the lighting. Nowhere else on my penis do i have these tiny patch of raised skin, but some of the skin around my shaft is easily irritated at the moment.

after scratching the bumps they appear to be less apparent and shiny.

Are your bumps around your circumcision very uniform and in a rowcould be your normal anatomy.
"Pearly penile papules are small dome-shaped to filiform skin-colored papules that typically are located on the sulcus or corona of the glans penis. Commonly, pearly penile papules are arranged circumferentially in one or several rows and often are assumed wrongly to be transmitted sexually. Pearly penile papules are considered to be a normal variant and are unrelated to sexual activity. Often, lesions cause great anxiety to patients until their benign nature is clarified." im uncircumcised and the patch of raised skin is about 3/4" below the glans.
i mean im circumcised. whoops.
What it really looks like is the wrinkled skin is exaggerated making the wrinkles form a bowl shape. thats why when my skin is stretched it seems to go away. I never recall having any discharge or liquid coming out of them, and it never visibly scabbed over.

Though ive been told that some herpes outbreaks in some people can be very small, unnoticeable if you arent looking for them. I just dont know HOW small that implies.

im going to see the doctor. But not until monday. In the meantime im trying to get a clearer idea of the things im feeling. i really need to occupy myself with some information because i Do have anxiety, and im trying to keep my mind of it by actively acknowledging it and preparing for the possibility that i might have something, or nothing wrong with me. This whole things is really just making me crazy with waiting.

I have a question. 5 weeks ago I received oral sex. About a week later my genitals were burning and I got real sick. Sore throat. Pink eye. No blisters and no lesions that I saw. Went to the doctors and he did not think it was herpes. Fast forward to 4 weeks later I been sick on and off since then. Sore throat keeps coming back. It seems every couple of days my eye is watery and feels like I'm getting pink eye but it goes from my left eye to my right eye. Doc gave me antibiotics and eye drops butthey don't seem to be working. Now here it is almost 6 weeks after I received oral and I just got real sick. Flu like symptoms couldn't taste anything. Diareah sore throat. Lower back pain. Legs feel tired and achy. And my scrotum is burning in one spot on my left testicle with a red rash. Itchy a little but no blisters. No lesions. Could this be herpes?

Not hsv but there are bumps that are common and harmless. Have you actually had them examined?

I havent had them examined by a doctor yet. They are for certain new bumps that ive gotten in this past month. I plan on having a doctor look at them sometime next week.

This does not sound like hsv at all. Herpes lesions develop quickly. In a day or two they will be fluid filled sores that will very sion break open and then scab up. If your tiny bumps didn't change in a day or two  then it's not an hsv lesion.

Thanks. They have been the same  for weeks. When im flaccid, the skin on the scar is condensed and wrinkled and the patch of bumps is very apparent. When im erect, however they almost seem to disappear. But i could never tell if it was just skin or if there were in fact tiny little abrasions there, or lesions.
Having scratched my bumps with my fingernail yesterday, the dont seem as apparent anymore. Im still having itching in the groin, but i think thats from the hair growing back.
