Hsv2 question ???? Need help

I recently met a girl a long story short we was hangin out and I kissed her on the lips and fingered her she then stop me before we went any further and told me she had it but she hasn't had a outbreak in months and was on antibiotics but I was scared and didn't do anything further but layed beside close but with close on I'm I at risk ...

Okay I'm so glad that you all are extremely helpful I pray that you all find peace in this cruel world I have an anxeity disorder which cuasing me to over worry she told my it was highly highly not possible of getting it by kissing or fingering her but as a anxiety sufferer you don't believe anyone and need tons of reassurance it's been about two weeks and I have now blister on my hand mouth or genital area so I'll try to move on with my life and I will definatly Be more careful out here

Then lip kissing would not be any risk and giving her oral is an issue but contracting hsv2 oral is not common as prefers the genital area. If your concerned about getting finger hsv2 (whitlow) dont, esp if you had not cuts as most whitlow is contracted in the dental profession from hsv1. Hsv2 gential is considered a sexually transmitted infection. Using condoms and her taking antivirals would greatly reduce any risk for you.

No it's nothin like that I care for this girl a lot she is my friend I don't do well with relationship and she knows that that why we've been friends for a long time jus we got drunk and started to fool around ... I'm not that type of person

Ooh ok...it sounds a lot better now..;) and she's a great person for telling you..I hope you do remain friends and keep her business between you and her..I don't think your too much at risk...especially if you washed your hands; )

Sorry for that but I meant to say I am not affected I know my status and no I am not trying to date her she is not trying to date me either but it was one night that almost went to far but she respected me enough to tell me but I want to know if I'm affected now because I kissed and fingered her

Ok...so for starters I am not an expert but I have hsv2 as well and have never had an ob ( outbreak). So my main question is do you like her? And are you willing to want to get to know how. I'm quite sure she is on antiviral med and not antibiotics. ;) if she is a cool girl I think you should still date her and do just that get to know her...but in the mean time get urself tested as well so that you to can know your status. Don't b too afraid of some that can't kill you;)..keep me posted!
