I dont Understand

I recently got my test scores and I am so confused. It says RPR non-reactive and Herpes 1/2 IGM 0.29. What does this mean. My doctor is gone and I can't get in touch with him. This is my first big STD test and I'm going crazy over here. Am I okay? Should I go to another doctor? Please help me understand. :-(

Thank you so much for the great info. @ Grace, what will the gig test tell me?

rpr testing is syphilis testing. you are negative.  if you waited at least 6 weeks post encounter, you can trust your results.

herpes igm testing is the wrong testing to have done. your provider erred in ordering it. you need to repeat your herpes testing with a type specific herpes igg blood test at least 3 months after you last had sex.

That means you don't have it but you may need to get retested if your last sexual encounter was with the last 8 to 13 weeks because it takes some time for antibodies to show up on the test. You should see on the results that is says negative is less that .9, if your under .9 then you should be good.
