I have a red spot on my penis could it be herpes?

30 days ago I gave unprotected cunnilingus to a woman's clitoris and then rubbed the head of my **** against it too. I am not sure of her STD status though she says she doesn't have anything she has been married for 23 years but her husband has been unfaithful a few times, unsure if he was protected. He has since had an operation which means he is impotent and they have not had sex in two years, she says. She had an affair herself which ended six months ago and that was always protected sex.

Two weeks after our encounter I developed a sore throat and aches and pains which have now lasted two weeks with no sign of abating. I had unprotected sex with my wife last night and a small red pimple appeared on the shaft of my penis. It looks like a small zit the size of a pencil tip. Before I read anything on here I did squeeze it and now there is a small red dot.

Taking all the above into account,

1. am I likely to have an STD and is this spot likely to be Herpes?

Thanks

Because it surely doesn't sound like hsv, syphillis or moluscum.

Hello, thanks for the quick response. Why do you say no STD?

It's not likely to be hsv at all. Or any other std. I would see your Dr on the sore throat.
