I need help

Ok I had unprotected sex with my girlfriend that I know is clean. THen I noticed on day I had a itch on my penise with a small tingle feeling (the first and last time I had that tingle) I inspected my penise and I had a lot of see bumps on it so I freaked out I never had that before it went away after a while but I hot it again a few months later and I thought it was herpes so I compared pictures online and it doesn't resemble I looked at the symptoms and I don't have flu like symptoms or painful urination and the small little blisters don't hurt at all. It doesn't scab the only thing is that little itch but I'm still really scared it looks like little pin pricks and same size blisters that sometimes have a littlepus in it. I'm scared because it came back for the third time but still don't experience all the other symptoms just the itch and the dots please help... oh and I'm uncurcumsized too

call your local health department and see what your local low cost/no cost options are.  this doesn't sound like herpes but you can't treat it properly until you know what it is.

I never been tested I never thought I needed to because I was never sleeping around... and the first time I had it then it went away i thought nothing of it I thought it was like a rash or sometimg that went away on its own and I had more unprotected sex with my gf then a few months later I felt my penise itchy agian then I had those bumps agian but no tingle but small blisters agian but no flu symptoms no muscle ache no back pain the only symptoms I ever had was just that tingle that happened the first time and little painless blisters with an itch I have it for like 2 weeks and then it goes away I have compared pics online and it doesn't look like the pictures my little dot and blisters are scattered around the head and much smaller than the herpes pictures I seen online but naturally I'm still really worried... and I don't have insurance or money to get tested or else I would... I just wanted to see if what I'm experiencing typical for herpes or not and thanks for replying everyone I'm kind of freaking out right now and any suggestion will help...

Odds are that neither you nor your gf have ever been tested for herpes to know your status.   At this point, you need to be seen and get a proper work up done. Since it's been a few months since this all started, you can seek out a type specific herpes igg blood test to see what your status is. If you are only hsv1+, unless you can recall obvious cold sores, the only way to know if your symptoms are hsv1 genitally would be to get a lesion culture done the next time you have symptoms.

could these be herpes? they could be but also many other things they can be which is why a proper work up is in order.

also talk to your gf to find out how she gets tested for std's too. have you also had std testing done?

You wouldn't have felt the tingle if this was your initial outbreak.  Could be anything and it needs to be checked by a professional.  Things can mimic herpes and herpes can mimick other things.

I am glad your girlfriend is clean.  Her showering is a good thing.  Though I sad to report that taking a shower doesn't mean one doesn't have STD's.  So she should have an STD test run and make sure she asks for a Herpes igg test as they don't test typically for Herpes.

The bumps could be anything.  You need to be seen by your provider for a proper work up.
