IGM AB SCREEN "NOT DETECTED"

I've read a lot of discussion on the the "false positives" associated with IGM testing, but not much on "Not Detected" results. I was tested (didnt know whether they were doing IGG or IGM) and the results came back from Quest Diagnostics as:

HERPES SIMPLEX VIRUS AB
   IGM W/REFLEX TO TITER
HSV IGM AB SCREEN                       NOT DETECTED

Does this mean that I'm good? Is an IGG test recommended even though it came back negative. I've read that it is recommended if it came back positive, because it might be a false positive??

Thanks

if you weren't sexually active in the last year then the igm was the absolutely positively wrongest test to do on you in the first place.

if you are concerned about herpes, you need to get a herpes igg blood test done.

I forgot to mention that I have not been sexually active in over 1 year. This was just to see if I was clear of anything since I had never been tested before.
